Perhaps...my sense would be that's a function of Trouba being seen as dragging down a good team. Everyone knows this team sucks, and even if Miller was playing at his best they'd still suck.
Not sure we need to imagine. I'd argue that Miller's standing among the fanbase is actually worse at this point than Trouba's ever was. He's been booed for poor performance already this year, and he's gonna get booed pretty lustily here on out after what he said
