Which transit agencies that have weekend/Sunday service actually design service for patterns of how people move on weekends versus just a broad, general reduction in frequency to save money?

Art Blakey was inspirational. He did so much to mentor other musicians. When I saw the jazz messengers they had done a week long residency at Jefferson high school in Portland and the Jefferson high school jazz band opened the show.

That's ... a lot. Most of those dollars go directly to retired sworn police officers and fire fighters.
It's a pay-as-you-go pension system.
