Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The face, neck, and one antler are stitched. The chest area now has the first stitched sections, with bright colours beginning to cover the neon printed guide.
Switched gears 🦌✨ The antler can wait—chest stitches are officially underway! Finally tackling the neon chaos at the bottom, and it’s already exploding with colour. From regal face to disco chest, this deer is turning into a stitched masterpiece. #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #wipwednesday
I would use single threads from 22 count aida, or from 25 count evenweave fabrics.
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The face is fully stitched, the neck is almost complete, and one antler is stitched with baubles and shading while the other antler still shows mostly the neon printed guide. The chest area remains unstiched.
Face finished, neck nearly stitched, and just one antler fully done 🦌✨ The other antler is still neon chaos, glaring at me like “when’s my turn?” Slowly but surely he’s transforming from floating head to full stitched stag. #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitchprogress #crossstitch

Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The face is now fully stitched with detailed eyes, nose, and shading, giving the deer a lifelike expression. Lanterns and baubles hang from the antlers, and the chest area shows bright stitching alongside sections of the printed guide.
The face is DONE 🦌✨ He’s stitched, shaded, and officially staring me down every time I pick up the needle. Antlers loaded with baubles, lanterns glowing, and the chest waiting its turn. From neon chaos to a very real, very judgy deer—progress unlocked! #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #needlecraft
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The face is nearly complete, with eyes, nose, and shading stitched in, only a few patches left to finish. Lanterns and baubles hang from the antlers, while the chest area still shows the neon printed guide with some stitching started.
Face is so close to done 🦌✨ Just a few stitches left before he’s fully staring me down every time I pick up the needle. Lanterns are glowing, antlers loaded, and the chest is still waiting its turn. Nearly time to call the face finished! #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitchprogress #crossstitch #wip
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The deer’s face is almost completely stitched, with eyes, nose, and shading in place, though a few sections are unfinished. Below, the chest area still shows mostly the printed neon guide with only some stitching started.
Face is almost done 🦌✨ He’s gone from neon chaos to a very real deer giving me side-eye while I stitch. Just a few patches left and then I’ll have to face (pun intended) the almost untouched chest section. #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitchprogress #crossstitch #needlecraft #fibreart #wip #skystitcher
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with lanterns and baubles hanging from its antlers. The deer’s face is partly stitched with shading and details starting to come through, but it is not finished. The chest area shows only the bright stamped guide with no stitches yet.
shading stitched in, but he’s definitely glaring at me for ignoring him. Chest is still all neon guide—haven’t even started that chaos yet. One slow stitch at a time, we’ll get there! #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitchprogress #crossstitch #embroidery #wip #fibreart #handmade #skystitch #needlecraft
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with antlers decorated in lanterns and baubles. The deer’s face is largely stitched but still incomplete, with more work needed on the muzzle and lower areas. The frame has been shifted down, revealing more of the unstitched lower section with printed neon guide.
Face is filling in but not quite done 🦌✨ He’s staring at me with half-stitched side-eye while I’ve shifted the frame down to open up more of the pattern. New space = new chaos to tame, and I’m ready to swap more neon print for real stitches! #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #wipwednesday #fibreart
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The deer’s face is much more complete, with eyes, nose, and shading stitched in. The antlers are filling in with brown stitches, and a jeweled crown motif above the head is taking shape.
The deer has levelled up 👑🦌 Face shaded, eyes sharper, antlers filling in, and now he’s rocking a stitched crown like the regal forest king he is. Still a lot of neon guide left to tackle, but he’s already giving serious main-character energy. #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #wip #needlecraft
Thanks and I wish I could take credit. Just simply following the pattern ♥️
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with decorated antlers. The deer’s face is more filled in with brown and shading, antlers are stitched in darker tones, and colourful baubles hang from them. Much of the background still shows the neon printed guide.
Deer’s face is finally taking shape 🦌✨ More shading, sharper eyes, and antlers filling out nicely. He’s looking less like a neon illusion and more like a very regal, slightly judgy reindeer. Still plenty of fabric to conquer, but progress is glowing! #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #handmade #wip
Stamped cross stitch of a colourful deer with antlers decorated in baubles and lanterns. The golden lanterns are almost complete, and the deer’s face is much more stitched, showing eyes, nose, and shading. Antlers are filling in with colour and detail
My deer finally has a proper face 🦌✨ Eyes watching, nose stitched, lanterns glowing like he’s ready to host a festival. Antlers are filling in too, so he’s looking far less like neon chaos and far more like the stitched diva he’s meant to be. #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #wip #fibreart #homemade
Thank you, my first stamped piece, normally go for counted, it is easier but still slow progress ☺️
Thank you so much ☺️
Thanks, it’s slow going but getting there 😁
Stamped cross stitch of a colourful deer with large antlers decorated with baubles and lanterns. Both lanterns are filling in with detail, and the deer’s face now has stitched eyes, nose, and shading, while other areas still show the neon printed guide.
The deer finally has eyes 👀🦌 and honestly, he looks like he’s judging my stitch speed. Lanterns are glowing brighter, antlers loaded with baubles, and his face is taking shape stitch by stitch. Neon illusion is fading, real deer emerging. #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch #needlecraft #wip #crafts
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with antlers decorated with lanterns and baubles. The golden lantern is nearly complete, the orange-and-blue lantern is filling in, and part of the deer’s face has stitches but plenty of the neon guide still shows.
Lanterns glowing, baubles sparkling, antlers filling in 🦌✨ The deer’s face? Still a work-in-progress patchwork of neon guide + scattered stitches. From afar he looks almost ready for a festival, but up close it’s clear there’s a long road (and many threads) ahead! #stampedcrossstitch #crossstitch
Angled view of a stamped cross stitch project on a frame. A colourful deer’s head with antlers decorated in baubles and lanterns. The top golden lantern is nearly complete, and the orange-and-blue lantern below is filling in. The fabric grid is clearly visible.
Lantern festival in full swing 🦌✨ The big golden one is stitched, the orange-and-blue one is glowing, and my deer looks ready to host his own light show. Slowly replacing neon print with thread magic—one twinkly ornament at a time. #crossstitch #stampedcrossstitch #wip #needlecraft #handmade #craft
Stamped cross stitch of a colourful deer with decorated antlers. The golden lantern above is nearly complete, and the orange-and-blue lantern below has filled in more detail. Several baubles on the antlers are now fully stitched.
Lanterns everywhere! ✨🪡 The top golden one is nearly done and the orange-and-blue beauty below is filling in fast. Even the baubles are glowing now.My stamped cross stitch deer is finally trading his neon guide for real stitches, one shiny ornament at a time! #crossstitch #needlecraft #wip #fibreart
Stamped cross stitch in progress showing a deer’s head with antlers hung with baubles and lanterns. The golden lantern is more complete, with brighter stitches added. A green lantern below has started to take shape. The fabric is stretched on a frame.
Golden lantern glowing brighter ✨🪡 Even poked at the green one below—slowly swapping neon print for real stitches. My deer’s still half illusion, half reality, but he’s definitely shining more than last week! #crossstitch #wip #handmade #crafting #needlecraft #fibreart #septemberstitches #canvas
Stamped cross stitch in progress showing a deer’s head and antlers decorated with colourful baubles and lanterns. The golden lantern on the left is now mostly stitched, with more detail filled in on the antlers. The project is stretched on a frame with a parked needle at the top right
Lantern drama resolved 🪡✨ After frogging, the big golden lantern is almost stitched and glowing properly. Deer is still giving me side-eye for the chaos, but we’re back on track. Progress may be slow, but at least it’s shining bright again! #crossstitch #stampedcrossstitch #wip #fibreart #handmade
Close-up of a stamped cross stitch deer’s antlers decorated with lanterns and baubles. Some sections are stitched, while other areas still show the bright stamped guide. A patch has been unpicked after colours got mixed up.
Not much stitched yesterday 🪡🦌 Mixed up my colours and had to frog a whole section (the deer was not impressed). Back to bare fabric in spots, but at least the lanterns are glowing! Stamped cross stitch illusions strike again—slow progress still counts! #crossstitch #frogging #wip #stitchylife
Stamped cross stitch of a deer with bauble-covered antlers. Neon printed colours show the stitch guide, with some stitched areas done. Fabric is stretched on a frame.
Back to my stamped cross stitch deer after a year 🦌✨ The neon isn’t thread—it’s the printed guide, which makes him look finished from afar. Up close? Still plenty left to stitch. Time to turn this glowing illusion into the real thing! #crossstitch #stampedcrossstitch #wip #stitchersky #handmade
Aida cloth stretched on a frame with neat vertical stripes of cross stitch running down the left side. The stripes are stitched in leftover threads, creating a rainbow-like mix of pinks, oranges, greens, blues, and yellows, resembling a row of colourful candy sticks.
Update on the leftover thread experiment, now officially called Candy Columns. Bright stripes of stitch marching down the side like sweet shop shelves—random chaos but looking oddly organised. Who knew stash-busting could look this tasty? 🍭🪡✨ #crossstitch #stitchystash #wip #leftoverthreads #crafts
A completed cross-stitch piece on white Aida cloth showing a bright pink polka-dot wellington boot used as a planter. The boot is stitched in pink and red shades with white dots, standing on golden-brown ground with tufts of green grass and pink flowers on either side. From the boot sprout tall green stems topped with vibrant tulips in shades of orange and yellow.
✨Ta-da!✨ Pink polka-dot wellies in full bloom 🌷🌸 What started as puddle stompers are now a garden planter bursting with orange & yellow tulips, plus flowers and grass all around. Such a cheerful finish—rainy days meet summer sunshine! Glow up inbound #CrossStitch #Needlework #Finished #fibreart
It is a gorgeous pink, the photos don’t do it justice 🥰

Both boots are stitched in shades of pink and red with white spots, standing on a golden-brown ground with tufts of green grass and pink flowers at the sides. From the top of the boots, tall green stems rise, now crowned with bright orange-red flowers. The piece is almost finished, with just a few details left to stitch.
The wellies are blooming! 🌸🌱 Bright orange flowers now spill from the tops of my pink polka-dot boots, with blossoms and grass stitched around the sides. Just a few stitches to go before this cheerful garden scene is complete. #CrossStitch #Needlework #WIP #ukstitchers #fibrearts #canvasart #garden
Cross-stitch work in progress on white Aida cloth showing a pair of pink polka-dot wellington boots. The boots are stitched in shades of pink and red with white spots, standing on golden-brown ground. Bright green shoots grow from the tops, and pink flowers with yellow centres bloom on either side. Some small areas of the design remain unstitched.

Cross-stitch work in progress on white Aida cloth showing two pink polka-dot wellington boots side-by-side, stitched in shades of pink and red with small white spots. Both boots stand on a golden-brown patch of ground with tufts of bright green grass around them. Tall green shoots are growing from the tops of both boots. Some areas of the design are still unstitched.
The wellies are in bloom! 🌱🌸 Both pink polka-dot boots are stitched in, each sprouting tall green shoots. Still plenty of stitches to go, but I love how this scene is already bursting with summer garden energy. #CrossStitch #Needlework #WIP #floral #gardenvibes #embroidery #fibrearts
