A sketch of the world at the moment and a memory. in mesa verde years ago a few months after a terrible fire had torn through leaving swaths of forest as just charred toothpicks stuck in frozen earth. Even amongst all that loss i saw poking through the snow a promise of rebirth as specks of green.
