I just made my Megumu this year and debuted it during Animazement (May). I doubt I'd do a full rebuild but I may redo the pauldron and give it a bit more shine. The cosplay for the most part has been holding up fine.
Next up on my list is Keine with a quick change dress feature.

Eva foam. I used masking tape to make the hot glue in the seams flush and basically injection molded it. Acrylic paint. A dremel. The good stuff. Sturdy enough to work as an actual fan too.

Anyways here's my Otakon line up and the blank template I made. Template is from Ota's website I just modified it to fit vertical format with 4 slots. Font is Serif-Bold.

Megumu wing work. Internal is upholstery foam and 9ga wire. Feathers are 1/8in eva foam. Harness is a simple loop. I'll explain in a different post.
