There is a difference between stupidity and dishonesty. Noem suffers from both. MWM certainly suffers from the latter. Not sure about the former yet.

Put another way, of those with a strong view (the only ones tht really matter at this stage of the election cycle), 71% disapprove of Trump's performance in office. There should be a massive blue wave in the midterms.
Democrats simply need to tell voters what they would do differently to win big.
