More bad news: all of my designs and C+ are gone. I only have back-ups for my lizzer and bun. I miss my miqo already. I have MCDFs, but it's not the same.

Good news/bad news:
Good - XIV works!
Bad - EVERYTHING got reset, and Reshade removed.

"Beginner friendly" is right up my alley. I have some knowledge on using Windows' terminal, but it seems like Linux relies on it a lot more. Anyway, I moved past the test version and fully installed the OS, and so far I haven't had any major hurdles.

Currently testing Ubuntu, and I like the aesthetic.

I've seen a couple posts saying that this is fake. I don't know, but I don't really like Microsoft anyway, and I'm already looking at Linux, so meh.

In other news: I'm looking into Linux.

I spent more money on Warhammer.

Mortarion, Typhus, the Death Guard Codex, and a bunch of relevant paints arrived today. The base plate for most of my minis have been about 28mm. Mortarion's is 100mm!

I don't often feel sexy, but I certainly DO feel it when I'm playing guitar on something like "No One Like You"(Scorpions) or "You Shook Me All Night Long"(AC/DC).

I may or may not have placed an order for Mortarion and Typhus this morning...

I keep looking at 40K minis, and I want to BUY! The shop I normally buy from got Mortarion back in stock, and I WANT IT!

Oh! And thanks to the airbrush practice I did yesterday, I was able to do the base yellow on 3 of them in about 30sec. I had to touch up a few spots with a bristle brush, but it worked well

This is how I spent my night. Decided to challenge myself and give the Exarch an open helmet, so I gotta do a face, and since I gave the first one the glaive, this one's got the sword+pistol. The arms are off the others so that I can paint their torsos.

Bricky said in one of his videos that in 40K there are no "good guys", you are playing a "bad guy", but that's part of the fun.

I'd say that's accurate.

I want the Mortarion mini. He's a cool mothy daemon primarch. The Death Guard are all about decay, and rot, and plague, and disease, and Papa Nurgle loves them for it.

They call it "Grimdark" for a reason: it's grim, and it's dark.

I got an airbrush a while back that I never really used, but I'm putting in some practice with it now. The Death Guard Combat Patrol came with a fairly large vehicle, plus my Wraithknight is big, and I don't want to use a bristle brush for those large areas.

Death Guard Codex and a handful of paint pots are on the way!
