I've been rereading The Fellowship of the Ring for the first time in like 15 years and I think I'm loving it more than my previous read. I just love a good walk!

a blender 3D WIP of a colonial gregorian house modeled after a reference around 1750. The house has a U shape and is not entirely detailed, mostly providing the outlines for webcomic and reference usage.

The second page of the comic. The rough warrior reacts to the offer of great wealth but remains hostile. The cowardly character explains that the king must still be alive despite the public being convinced otherwise.

The third page of the comic. The warrior gets impatient and the coward gets to the point. He claims that only he can lead the warrior to the royal hideout with more than enough food and warmth. The warrior accepts the offer which catches him somewhat off guard, they leave the woods and the coward realizes that he has no idea where they even are.

This account shall document and catalogue aspects of a 2 Dimensional universe, specifically a small world inhabited by somewhat slug-like being. Their name and language is currently a mystery. This may change in the future, but for now, we shall focus on documenting what we can know as outsiders.

I needed a banner so I figured I might as well draw all of my favorite things ☁️🏠✨

I don't want to feel ashamed of being a digital- only artist, but I am. I don't want to think it's lesser but isn't having an original drawing more special than a digital print?

Even if that's true, owning physical media isn't the only way to be touched by art. I've seen all of my favourite art through a screen. The message matters as much as the medium. So I think it's probably fine.

Art is so much more than process and outcome. Every artist's journey is paved with hope and heartbreak; pride age self-loathing; discipline and whimsy; skill, taste and humanity. And that's why art made with generative AI is disgusting.

So I've decided that it doesn't fucking matter whether my art is traditional or digital; messy or neat. I'm here. I'm alive and I'm makimg the art I want to. That's enough.

Part 5 [FINAL] I've decided that it's not that deep and that creating anything at all is good.
