idk i guess im saying that I wish every "best practice" for raiding in wow wasn't "get the maximum amount of things done every week or you're a failure of a raider" lmao. like I've been here long enough to know it's just not true

i didn't have a single week last tier where I did 8 m+ dungeons in a week, you're lucky if you're getting 4 out of me after a couple of months, i don't have time for those kind of chores it's part of why I'm in the guild in the first place. I've done my time with raiding chores

but like our raid leader made a post being like make sure you get your m0s done this week! and I will. but brother im not even 90 yet I've spent 15 hours doing every sidequest in eversong and zul'aman. and even if i completely skipped this week i dont think it'd matter that much

but when we were actually raiding last tier every hurdle we had was just getting mechanics down, never gear. so even though that pressure is there and I want the guild to succeed im pushing back against it to try and let myself chill and not rush through stuff lmao

being in a like. world 2000~ guild in wow when i previously raided in a top 500 guild is weird cause like. the pressure of "make sure you get xyz chores done every week!" is still there despite reduced raiding hours/seriousness
