The new @thebeths.bsky.social album, ‘Straight Line Was A Lie’ is as perfect a guitar pop album as you’ll ever hear. Just like their previous 3 albums.

Light Purple

This band totally blew me away when I first heard them back in 83, and still do when I occasionally listen to them. I still say they’re my favourite band if the question comes up.

The always excellent BODEGA in Bristol last night. People talk about band chemistry but rarely have I seen a band so perfectly in sync with each other on stage. Every person has a huge presence that that only ever compliments.
Plus, the songs are killer.

Honestly one of the funniest shows I’ve seen in my life.
