The features go through various life cycles. Abyss pool is a good example. In 2017 it likely looked it's best. Then it crashed and turned into a luke warm grey swamp, then, over the next few years it really came back. I'd guess by end of this year it'll be "smashing" once again.

I’ll echo the comments others made about September. But generally I create and modify to-do lists, large and small, throughout the year.
I can’t imagine creating a new to do list this time of year when I am so busy. Instead I try to get into it later in January and typically in late summer.
