Nearly 170,000 Maine people rely on SNAP to put food on their tables, but these benefits may lapse due to the shutdown. There are many ways for the Agriculture Department to free up funds, and I'm urging the Secretary deliver this vital aid.
After two agonizing years, the war is over and the living hostages are home.
Needed aid is entering the Gaza Strip and the deceased are being returned for proper burials, including two Americans.
