Yeah, Duke needs to just admit ignorance and give a full-throated apology to these guys. There's been plenty of sponsorships he has taken in the past that have basically become scams, and I'm sure he wouldn't love someone digging into his finances to see his discrepancies and errors.
A group having money left over from the overhead of a project is good money management, but insinuating having money left over means the producers stole it from the fans is just assumed malice. The guys sound like they had a business plan, and they didn't blow the money given. Wtf is Duke implying?

We've experienced a delay with preorders. It sounds like the books are going to be getting to the port on March 14, rather than February like we originally thought. This means we'll have books in hand around March 26, and are planning to ship them all out before April.

The "Notable Figure" rule is also one of the least objective arbitrations for making rulings on the site. It's been abused by people to sabotage/vandalize the online presence of tons of people. I've even heard of Streamers hiring dedicated Wikiguards just to help prevent vandalism.
