Repealing the Endangerment Clause weakens federal accountability and shifts the burden back onto communities that are already facing the brunt of extreme heat, flooding, asthma, and energy burdens.

We will keep fighting to protect our communities and hold the EPA accountable.

This bill gives tenants, who otherwise may not be able to, an opportunity to access to cooling at home. Thanks to @cmrestler.bsky.social & all our partners who worked to get this bill passed!
