The lab is joining Wistar’s new Center for Advanced Therapeutics (CAT), where we will help advance new therapies in collaboration with groups working in chemistry, AI/ML, immunology, and infectious disease.
The Mamedov Lab will study how the immune system senses cellular stress in cancer. We will use CRISPR, functional genomics, and other technologies to understand the unique role of unconventional T cells and to translate these insights toward human disease.
New Lab Alert! I am thrilled to share that next month I am starting my new role as an Assistant Professor at The Wistar Institute. I am extremely excited to work with fantastic new colleagues at Wistar and collaborate with researchers across University of Pennsylvania.
