For #InternationalWomensMonth I'm highlighting Amy Abel with a quote she wrote on her blog (aaa-dba.com):
"You remember where you came from and acknowledge where you are now."
This takes on different meanings at different times, but it's so powerful I've saved it.

Me: "Can you replace lakehouse A with lakehouse B in all the notebooks in a folder that I specify in a workspace I specifiy?"
Copilot " sure, I will replace all the default lakehouses with another lakehouse in your notebooks in a workspace."
As a neurodiverse person, I find prompting with copilot to be a bit frustrating. I tell it to do a very specific thing and it wants to do extra.
I'm like "JFC, even computers aren't literal anymore."
(Yes I know about rules...)
I didnβt get a seat at the table by waiting to be invited. I built the schema, set up the cluster, and made myself seen.

"The US-based Human Rights Activist news agency says at least 742 civilians have been reported killed, of whom 85 had been confirmed and verified. The number reported killed included 176 children."
We have killed 176 children.

Same thing you see on his hands a bunch.
It's probably Actinic Purpura. Super common in those over 50 and ultimately is a result of thinning of the skin. My step dad gets it all over and I've gotten my first bit of it on my arm.
His over sun exposure would contribute. Retina A is can help, but probably can also hurt it.
Itβs International Womenβs Month, and @data-wit.bsky.social is sharing a daily quote from a woman that other women have found inspiring. My contribution is a quote is from @cindygross.bsky.social
βShe realized she didnβt need to solve the problem to be safe; she just needed to stop carrying it.β
Starting off International Women's Month with a quote from @dbakevlar.bsky.social because she reminds me I don't have to be perfect, and that is hard to remember. I didnβt realize that what people see, even though I talk about the stupid things Iβve done and talk about the challenges that Iβve had,

Anyone got a nice clean way to deal with dual stream code base development in Fabric? Becz oof.
At that age I was working my butt off, raising a kid, and going to college part time.
27 is not "a kid". I made a shit ton of bad mistakes in my younger years, but that seems pretty core to who you are by 27.
Any parent that can look at their child's youtube/etc history that occurs during school hours knows precisely why this is.
And if you can - I highly advise that you do. And then have a talk with your school.
