horrifically embarrassing like i just dont have control of my own body and its horrifying
I cant do things for more than 2 hours at a time without having to go home and sleep for another 4 and then i wake up and just cry its like i cant do anything
going through it! bc its CHRONIC! i should know how to manage it better bc its just not an excuse anymore it just SUCKS like i want to go to class and do things and not be in bed for 19 hours a day but i feel so ? lazy? flakey? unreliable? annoying? troublesome? genuinely being sick is so
i get that the trauma definitely triggered the flare up but i just have a ton of people making fun of me for being fat on instagram and then having to cancel plans over and over and not being able to go to classes and its like what do i even say? sorry im just going through it? like yeah im always
theres nothing more embarrassing than having a chronic illness flare up at the same time as processing through something traumatic like effectively I'm a wet sock
