idk maybe I'll delete this all later but its how I feel, and its hard feeling so unsure what to do with it or how to talk about it

but after 2+ years of feeling these things, I disassociated in a way I haven't in years and it scared me pretty good. I don't want to go back to that place, and I've worked so hard to escape all of that. I can just see my energy failing, and I'm not sure what to do.

I know I shouldn't feel that just for thoughts, or feelings, but it is hard because it isn't at all how I imagined any of this going, and I want to hold onto hope, but this whole thing has just been a literal nightmare the whole time for my BPD, and I try so hard to keep it under control..

All that to say I didn't expect my transition and sexual awakening to lead to the most sexually frustrating period of my life, but here we are. I feel like such a horrible person having the kind of feelings I'm having, and I'm not sure I've ever felt more guilt or shame in my life around it all

Recently I learned even more about my sexuality because I figured I might as well at least explore on my own, and its probably made things harder for me in the end, so I kinda want to pull back, but then I also am like wtf am I doing? why am I stopping myself after spending my whole life denying it?

I wait more, things get worse, I'm told they're getting better, and I can even see it in many ways, but at the same time they're getting worse. It is a paradox I guess. I gave someone my heart, and they helped me learn something wonderful about myself, and then things changed, and never went back

I feel stuck in an impossible situation and I hate it. I try not to vent into the void of the internet too much about super personal stuff, but I am not quite sure what to do. I want something, my partner doesn't, I feel guilty and frustrated, I wait and wait, I am told we will get to what I want...
