I think it helps to tell people things upfront e.g. how many questions, what they might need and the fact that they can check/change answers at the end.
Question for service designers: when you tell someone (who's never heard of service design) what you do for a living, how do you describe it without it sounding either too vague or going into too much detail? What's your best one liner??

You can be completely flustered on the inside and appear calm and collected on the outside. I always forget this - I often think people can actually see me panicking so then I panic more and I'm surprised when they say I was absolutely fine!
