Why do DIY/interior design shows always show the finished thing in the opening intro? I have to keep my eyes closed for fear of ruining it and always accidentally open them at the wrong time.
that's a great way of describing it!
I think it helps to tell people things upfront e.g. how many questions, what they might need and the fact that they can check/change answers at the end.
Question for service designers: when you tell someone (who's never heard of service design) what you do for a living, how do you describe it without it sounding either too vague or going into too much detail? What's your best one liner??

You now tap your bank card when you get on the bus and when you get off. My ADHD brain is freaking out that I will totally forget to do it and the autism side of me is completely annoyed at the change in routine 😭

You can be completely flustered on the inside and appear calm and collected on the outside. I always forget this - I often think people can actually see me panicking so then I panic more and I'm surprised when they say I was absolutely fine!
