Pikkulinnun pönttöjen kiertäminen on työllistää aseman henkilökuntaa näinä alkukesän viikkoina.
Myös metsäkanalinnuilla on haudonta menossa. Tämä koppelon pesä löytyi aivan aseman naapurista.

Maatalous-, ympäristö- ja luonnonvaraekonomian opiskelija Katerina Yuhai vietti viime viikon Värriössä opinnäytettään kirjoittaen.
Viikko oli tuottava ja Kateryna sai opinnäytetyönsä valmiiksi.
