I don't think you'll be disappointed.
turned out pretty punk i'd say. Nice job!
Ill tidings indeed, I hope next week is better
I've spoken to the creator of slugblaster, very nice dude. Cares a lot about games and delivers a solid product, you're in good hands. Hope you have a blast!
3) most systems are not set up for this, so workload increases 4)psychologically, players will tend to avoid uncertainty, so there may be some pushback, cincious or not from the players, so it needs to be well discussed and defined.
That said, I'd love to play in that game personally. Sounds dope!
Interesting idea in theory, but I find it often calls apart in practice for a few reasons. 1) it can take some of the control away from the players in how they make their character, 2) it can create power imbalances in the party, either over or under powered players,
100 percent agree.
where's the lie lol
I think the only logical solve here is to learn to split your consciousness into two separate beings, and have one pilot the body doing "work" and the other do your ttrpg prep in some kind of TTRPG Mind Dungeon.
"what if we rebuilt the world's fastest car, but without an engine and wheels". j/k lol
No, i've convinced people to play other games before.

Any time that player agency or consent is tossed, like for example allowing another player to use persuasion to get a different player to do something against their wishes. Any time that the DM/GM is *actually* hostile towards players. I love a DM that acts adversarial, but not one that really is.
"I want Willow!"

The struggle is real
Sorry for your loss.
I would include Arthur and Tim from Monty Python Holy Grail as the GM's two sides
What if we just started giving adults recesses, run around, play some games, have a nap, just like a few scheduled fun breaks throughout the day.
Thanks so much!
I would like to be added, pls! I have pretty extensive commission experience. My stuff has been in 3 successful crowd funded ttrpg projects

This, in my experience from both sides, is the dichotomy of the artist vs the art historian or art critic
