I am at the doctors and damn near suddenly had a panic attack unfortunately. Reaching out to loved ones helped. What also helped was that i brought my Nintendo DS with my comfort game of Mario. Wahoo!

I am ok now. I rarely get panic attacks anymore but dont be afraid to reach out for help.
