Today we went from vertical farming to anti-malarial plants, from finding new ways to extract more valuable oil from plants to the potential of hemp farming.

In ischia you get the bus (which is chaos packed full of tourists and locals), or taxi to Aragonese Castle which is amazing, a monastery then home of a modern artist. Then at the foot of the castle you can do archeo-bio snorkelling and see Roman ruins under the water. And seafood or rabbit for tea.

How long are you going for? We had a great time just pootling about eating yummy tried things and trying not to get run over whilst eating pizza. But if you have time - get a boat to Ischia it’s the best. Could do it as a day trip or even better overnight.

Monday finished with a major sticklebricks spill all over floor, followed by a a second spill all over Wentworth Way. Thank you to the passing students and van driver who helped me pick them all up. I made a rainbow out of them when I got back in an attempt to cheer them up.
