Exciting news in Down syndrome research! Two preprints out (links below). We uncover a K⁺ channel defect during development & show elevated #GABA signaling is circuit-specific - offering insight into failed #Roche GABA trial. Targeting specific K⁺ channels & GABA circuits will be beneficial in DS
