(Cholecystectomy this Friday & apparently the urine sample is for a pregnancy test prior to surgery? My pee is gonna look dehydrated as hell.)

Hospital: Please stay very hydrated before your surgery.

Also hospital: You cannot have any food OR water 16 hours prior to your appointment. Also, we will need a urine sample before your procedure.

Me: *wondering how they think I’m gonna be able to pee with no liquids left in me*

Mirror is jammed, advance lever is jammed, shutter button won’t press down. This happened right after I got the camera and tried to load film. I tried all the usual tricks, even removing the bottom plate but everything is STUCK.

Yeah, I think you can get anything you missed by context at that point. There’s still some really tough stuff but it’s not as graphic.
