Word to the wise...IF YOU ARE FLAT FOOTED LIKE ME...worn out shoes are worn out shoes DO NOT continue wearing them. Doing so will cause problems later on down the road.

With proper inserts and better shoes that have significantly helped my healing. It's still a long road to recovery but I finally have the solution.

I do take some supplements that help reduce the inflammation naturally. If anyone is interested in that, PM me and I can tell you all about it.

They have an insert that holds your arch in place and corrects your stance. SO here is the big part of all this...a non aligned gate and posture can and will lead to knee problems if not mitigated. I didn't realize this till later also being a big boy as I am weight management also helps...

I've had collapsed arches for all my life and it never really bothered me till about last year...then everything went to shit. So after talking to the podiatrist about options I ended up getting these Ortho feet shoes that are designed for flat feet...

Okay so! Progress is progress. I'm happy to announce that my efforts in healing my knee and foot pain issues are FINALLY getting relief without the excessive use of pain killers. I can successfully walk better with these better shoes and better inserts. But they actually do the job...
