“Yes” men. I think that they learned enough to get computers to think for them. I think that is the case in most work positions. They learned skills but not how to think critically or to listen. Their training seminars have reinforced this. Their bosses want obedience over excellence. #AvoidLawsuits
Yesterday, as I tried to figure out a way to get SOMEONE at work to pay attention to data regarding machines not working, it occurred to me that no bosses at my location are above average intelligence. None. I think many people in jobs that require intelligence are just there because they are 1/x

I’ve been doing tons extra at work. It was very disorganized and dirty. I cleaned, organized, made job helps for the front end employees. I was an organizer professionally, and so I donated lots of supplies so our neighborhood could have a nice place.
