so far, one booked call (a no show xD), and $0 revenue for the agency. But I learned a ton about marketing and got some traffic to the website.
Managed to finish a landing page for a friend outside my 9-5, updated the pricing section on my MVP agency website, and got better at sharing what I do.
wasn’t really active here recently.
Was flooded with my 9-5 and personal life pff…

We start building MVPs without worrying about design, and then realize after it’s just beautiful, this without compromising time…
Some like shadcn made it possible now by making it easy for gen AI tools to generate UI seamlessly with AI…
MVPs can be functional but at the same time beautiful too! 🤌🏽

Got you!! I’m definitely trying to prioritize my sleep these days, but since I have a 9-5 on the side, I usually work on my personal projects at night.
Most of the time, I end up getting only 4-5 hours of sleep, though. I definitely need more 🥲

Small tip I use while building MVPs :
I never start from scratch, always start from a previous project I built.
Why it works ?
It saves me time
It keeps my flow and momentum going (super important)
and I’m more efficient cause I’m working on what really matters on the app.🚀

Totally get that and you’re true, similar experiences, sometimes it completely misses the point and that exactly why understanding some concepts can fill that gap for the moment
