Just one data point here, but we have the most *beautiful* YouTube feed for my non-profit channel where people say great things. I maintain it daily to make sure something silly doesn't get on there, but it's lovely to see people helping each other unprompted.

Oh wow, great question. I was amazed and heartened by my employer and my colleagues. Absolutely no questions asked, they knew I was messed up real bad (I had a winter bike accident on the way to work and still managed to finish the ride) and I was given every opportunity to try to come back.
