Primero vinieron a por los ilustradores, pero como yo no era ilustrador no me importo. ¿No era algo así?

Es brutal. Me parece que hay rangos en los que estamos muchos que no son razonables.
It gets better! El negocio no está dirigido a los lectores, sino a escritores que no quieren escribir. Los libros no los leerá nadie.
¿No es esta la estrategia de las estafas online? Apunta a un objetivo muy amplio, y alguno picará.

Eso mismo. Por ejemplo, echo de menos saber de gente a la que sigo en Instagram. Si no he vuelto (todavía) es porque aborrezco la plataforma.
La ilustración de las banderitas huele mucho mucho a IA. Que igual es lo de menos, pero aquí tenemos a un grupo de autores de, ejem, prestigio usando una tecnología construida sobre el robo a los creadores.

I made a small custom app a few years ago which covers the basics (keeping track of projects + invoicing). I’ve rebuilt it several times, but right now it’s a sqlite database + Flask (Python) + Bootstrap. May sound very geeky but it was not too hard, thanks to the-power-of-the-internet I guess.

Aclaro que soy muy fan de Lem, pero la mayoría de sus libros parecen transcurrir en una realidad alternativa en la que no existen mujeres.
Incluso si no te fijas en los detalles, ¿cuál es el concepto que hizo que esto le pareciera buena idea a alguien? Quizá era algo en plan ecuménico, todos unidos en torno a la navidad, pero parece un éxodo masivo en pateras.
Ahora estoy con Ted Chiang y me está gustando mucho. Un poco borgiano, pero con un estilo humilde y directo; un poco lemiano, pero salen mujeres.
