CellDrop has a permanent sample chamber made of two parallel, durable sapphire surfaces. When the cell suspension is loaded into the chamber, the sample is held in place by surface tension.
First, load the sample into the chamber.
Next, adjust focus and exposure, then press the count button to analyze sample.
Finally, wipe the surfaces clean with a lab wipe, and CellDrop is ready for the next measurement!
