Unfortunately my publisher decided not to go forward with Von and Ridley’s book. ☹️ But I can assure you that their story was gonna be a good one. I love the romance I plotted for them.

My brother’s kids go to public school and I’m floored at how much money he has to pay for all the extracurriculars. My niece is on the dance team. Gonna run him around $3000. My nephew is on the basketball and baseball teams. I don’t even want to think about it!

OMG!!!! YES!!!! This was my first time truly seeing The Milky Way in all its glory! And we saw the Southern Cross! My pictures do not do it justice. It was spectacular!
I posted a bunch to my Instagram while out there. It was an epic trip. And the wines reminded me of some that we had that night at Jiko!
The trip was absolutely wonderful!
I did have frozen treats, lol. But I also have a window unit in my bedroom. I spend most of my time in there.
I’m still on Season 2, but everyone has said they love Season 3 the best!
And, yes, the A/C is fixed! Two burned out wires. A $45 fix. 🙌🏾
That freezer is a thing of beauty! Souper Cubes are game changers. I’m hoping to replenish some of my stash over the next couple of weeks, because for the past two months 90% of my meals have come from my freezer.
Why are we so alike? 😂😂😂
You absolutely should go, Ms. Bev. It was such an amazing experience. Happy to share the tour company I use and the tour that we booked. Our guide took care of everything once we landed in Cape Town.

I’ve got so much to do, but my A/C has been out since I returned home Thursday and I’m just not doing anything in a hot house. Well…except for watching Ted Lasso, which I started on my flight home and am now obsessed with.
It’s breathtaking.
