This makes total sense. Cut out the noise that depletes you. If that happens to be me, I’m fine with it. You have to look after your needs and social media is often the antithesis to that.

My degree is in English and German. I’m qualified to translate from German, French and Swedish into English and speak two other languages besides (mother tongue English). It’s the concentration span that is broken, I think - and I blame smartphones and social media generally!
