This should be a bright, blinking light catching everyoneβs attention.
They are only offering it to people who quit (not fired) though? Not clear from the article.
Itβs indeed worrying.
Indeed. Itβs also accelerationist isnβt it? More war more investment more autonomous war and more destruction.
We all need a mirror, showing us what we cannot see because we're in the thick of it.
All of us!
Surely tech billionaires are earning so much from warfare that itβs in their interest to keep it going?
Graph from NetBlocks showing network connectivity in Iran from February 24, 2026, to March 7, 2026. The y-axis represents normalized connectivity, ranging from 0% to 100%, and the x-axis represents the dates. The green line representing Iran's connectivity normal most of the time period, with a sharp drop on the morning of February 28. The drop in connectivity aligns with nation-scale internet blackout imposed during joint military strikes by the US and Israel. The minimum and current connectivity levels are indicated as 1% and 1%, respectively. The chart has a dark background with a red horizontal arrow labeled 'SHUTDOWN', indicates the period of disruption and includes the NetBlocks logo in the lower left corner.
β οΈ Update: A full week has now passed since #Iran fell into digital darkness under a regime-imposed national internet blackout.
The measure remains in place at hour 168, leaving the public isolated without vital updates and alerts while officials and state media retain access.
Ah the suspense!
Didnt take him long to back down and decide to kiss the ring did it?
Last year when I was checking into a hotel, the desk person was wearing Meta glasses. I kindly asked them to take them off. They were annoyed. I said, βI do not consent to you looking at my credit card and ID with Meta glasses on.β My instincts were correct: www.bbc.com/news/article...

The term for that is White supremacy and any coverage of Reform that does not include that term is complicit in whitewashing White supremacy. Sometimes things really are that simple.

Absolutely this. Normalises something extreme and dangerous.
Have written a quick post on the timeline leading to today's attacks...
A key thing to notice is how Trump et al tried to suppress dissent and independent evidence after last summer's strikes. Expect the same again now.

These are great Corey. Will you publish them?
"A workflow that can't be executed remotely feels like a loss of potential. I mean, you can still trigger it manually, or even execute it periodically. However, there's no way for it to receive programmatic requests from the outside world."

All channels are late-stage, and suck.
Itβs more evidence for the Elephant Curve.

I think your take on undermining peopleβs job security with constant restructuring is a pertinent one. It also strikes me that nothing ever gets delivered in these scenarios. Poor leadership just keep on keeping on. Canβt be blamed for being incompetent when they move to a new role every few months.
