Thank you. I was trying to be careful with the ambiguity of the definition. Neutrality here refers not to a retreat from commitment, but to release of the need to react immediately—like neutrality on a stick shift. Eventually a choice must be made. Nepantla puts us in a space to choose. Or I think.
