I could see it being 7 if the biggest piece is a 1x6. Unless it’s two 1x3 on the bottom and the one with the hole is a 2x2 or upside slant is 1x5 but both seem an unlikely piece.
Only certain ones. The advice I was given, as someone who lives less than a mile from the Lifford tip, was to get two buses to the Tyseley tip - because I don’t drive.

In Australia, when a tree is illegally cut down, the local government area or council will put up a giant billboard as an eyesore in its place that says “A tree has been vandalized”. That ensures that no one can benefit from removing a tree to improve their view! Sign stays until vegetation regrows.
