I’m that person who will knowingly renew a subscription to a publication that I never seem to have time to read just so I can support my fellow writers. But today, I had to pull the plug. I’m very sad to do it. If money is the only thing that matters, then money must be the medium for protest.
This is publicly available info from the State Dept. You can see the original spreadsheet at the link below. I copied the sheet and sorted by highest-to-lowest amount. I hid some rows to get a concise view.

It just took me 40 mins to find out where to get bloodwork on my new health insurance through Independence Blue Cross/Keystone. I finally had to call. Then it took 13 minutes for someone to answer whether Labcorp was my provider or not.
