Yeah like I feel it’s pretty irresponsible for companies to be encouraging/forcing it on kids straight outta school!
As in, I have a lot of friends who are experienced coders and I know they vibe code to speed things up, but they can navigate what is slop and what isn’t. They also can’t stand bad programmers who vibe code tho!!
This is just being curious as a non-programmer person but..
I get vibe coding when someone isn’t great at coding is bad because they probably don’t realize the slop they’re making.
But what about veteran/proficient programmers who use vibe coding and can identify the slop/fix it?
