I'm watching A Star is Born (1954) for the first time and it's never been more clear that Judy Garland is the mother of Liza Minelli.
I'm sad to say I've only ever seen her in Wizard of Oz, and pictures of her as an adult. Watching her sing in this is like watching a shapeshifter learn to be Liza.
Ironic that I’m reading this while waiting at the bus platform where a big group of teens are being very teen. I love their energy and commitment to fun, but wow is it loud and chaotic here.

Okay, I've caught up in Letterkenny to the beginning of Shoresy, so here I am, watching Shoresy for the first time.

Wow, another Olympics final game going into OT. We've been really spoiled with great hockey this week. Despite it also being sooooo stressful.
I haven't really been watching the Team USA hockey games, so I didn't realize there were TWO sets of brothers on the team. That's kind of crazy. Imagine the money those parents had to sink into peewee and triple a and hockey camp!
Okay, final game of the Olympics, no big deal.
Tell that to my heart rate.
