I did get them to "make an exception", when they claimed the rule had changed in early November, but wayback machine showed that their website still had the old wording in early January 😜
Namely I used to be able to get a credit for seats if returned early enough, but they've taken that option away - fair enough for new purchases, they're the vendor, but to say we can change terms and conditions for old purchases seems mad!
Does anyone with a UK legal background have an opinion on this?
