A new directive for NEA’s federal arts funding: The spirit of ’76 The National Endowment for the Arts has been directed to end grant program for “underserved communities” in favor of celebrating the upcoming U.S. semiquincentennial.

So if we write a play about people wanting a revolution like in 1776, and find the similarities, it could get funded.. HMMMM
