I beat into my daughter's brain if she finds herself in a crowded entertainment space using pyrotechnics & can't see multiple exits, SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE! Can't think of a more horrifying way to die than burning to death. I pray those kids passed out from smoke inhalation before that happened.

2 robins and 6 waxwings at the birdbath

I'm having trouble loving robins. They are the poopingest birds at my birdbaths. It's literally a minefield of poop everywhere. Today, with our freezing weather, i kept refreshing the water and had a flock of cedar waxwings, 2 bluebirds, a northern flicker, a nuthatch, and 8 pooping robins.
