I want to be my authentic self as well as continue growing socially and challenge myself to be more comfortable and open up and talk more. I think these would be great goals for this year

Personally I’m learning I think it’s best to be my quiet shy self then trying to contort my personality to fit what is trendy or what most people are like even if it means I won’t be as interesting or attractive to people as a friend or partner
