With one in four people with bowel cancer being diagnosed in an emergency setting, thank you to colleagues from across the House for joining me in writing to the PM to highlight the need for early diagnosis of bowel cancer in partnership with @bowelcanceruk.

I'm passionate about investing in youth services, and the work of YMCA in campaigning on this issue is so important.

With a 58% cut in real-terms spending on youth services since 2010 in Hillingdon, we urgently need to be investing in our young people.

With another case of swans being killed in Uxbridge, the need to crack down on wildlife crime and implement a Protection Order on catapults has never been more urgent.

Despite Hillingdon Council’s initially rejecting these proposals, I’m continuing to make the case for action.

I joined Hillingdon Friends of the Earth to meet Affinity Water at the old Blackford Treatment Works in Harefield, where we heard about β€˜PFAS’ or β€˜forever chemicals’ in the water supply and what work is being done to monitor and get it cleaned up.

Hillingdon Conservatives: running the council so 'well' that the Labour Government has had to bail them out to avoid bankruptcy.

Alongside an Β£88 mill bailout, I welcome that the Government recognises how poor the governance at Hillingdon Council is and is requiring oversight.

It’s time to talk about student loans and the need to deliver change.

The Plan 2 system has effectively become a graduate tax - with many feeling the system is unfair and regressive.

Last week, I outlined the need for change in my letter to the Chancellor.

πŸ“±I’m glad we’re having this important conversation about the harm social media can have on young people

πŸ’»But whatever changes come into play, we must ensure young people are equipped to identify harmful content and stay safe online

With the UK recently losing its measles elimination status, we need to look at all factors impacting vaccine take-up.

Serious conversations need to be had about how we respond to actors spreading misinformation that puts public health at risk.

"TG Jones have not secured a new location and have resigned from operating the Post Office.” – Post Office HQ on Uxbridge High Street ahead of its May closure.

This contradicts Hillingdon Council’s previous claims.

Deeply concerning and we deserve answers.

I met with the Minister for Sport Stephanie Peacock to discuss what can be done to give security for Wealdstone FC at Grovesnor Vale.

We cannot be left without a Post Office on the high street.

Thanks to everyone who signed the petition that I’ll be presenting this month to the Post Office.

I joined the Slips and Falls prevention class in Harefield to see how this service supports people in building up strength and what to do in the event of a fall.

I spoke to attendees about how great the class is and the need to secure a site in the south of the borough for this fab group.

'Devastating' swan death in London park as residents battle wildlife crime surge The attack also comes against the backdrop of a wider spike in cruelty towards wild birds across London

The increase in wildlife crime in our area is really concerning.

Whilst Hillingdon Council previously rejected my calls for a Public Spaces Protection Order on catapults to prevent harm to wildlife, it’s clear urgent action must be taken.

I know how important such a move would be for local clubs such as Wealdstone FC ⚽️

Wonderful to welcome Minister Gould to Moorcroft School.

We saw examples of high quality facilities for children with complex needs and discussed with the staff what a SEND system that works for teachers, children and families would look like.
