they claim it is my custom key mapping (which i doubt) but they refuse to help me figure out what key mapping might be causing the issue.

my guess? they have no idea what the problem is

i should have lied and said it happened on the default binding too just to juke them into actually helping me

VirtualDJ customer support is completely useless. Absolutely 0 help at all after a week of back and forth.

ended up finding that and updating it, thanks! hopefully it fixes it

yeah i tried searching settings for "cue" "pad" and such, and tried searching through every element of the gui, i can't find anything that could cause it or fix it when it happens

i contacted virtualdj support (pros of actually owning it 😅) so hopefully they can find out what the deal is

Traktor Kontrol S3, does the firmware update in the native access app or?

it stays on the hot cue pad when this happens. also it's not the shift button getting stuck cause I can switch from deck B to D on the same side for example and it will stop and work normally on deck D until I go back to deck B

anyone know why virtualdj will randomly switch to some mode where instead of playing hot cues when i press them, it resets the hot cue to the current point in the track without playing? i seem to keep enabling this by accident during sets and its my only issue with vdj. it only happens on one deck.
