The person responsible for pushing us away from sound money and sound money principles understood how society (you?) would act when money becomes devalued. Society starts hating and blaming people with money. Let these words sink in.

Crazy that you got that on the Fortunate Rod too lol
So how can we address this? A lot of the problems we feel today as a society stem from this problem. How do we fix?
Yup! Can't trust people to honor a gold backed paper note because there's nothing stopping someone from creating more paper. That's why we got off the gold standard! And it's not like we can send each gold over the Internet.
When we figured out metalworking, we got coins. When we figured out printing presses, we got paper notes. When computers arrived, money went digital. So here's the question, if money has always evolved with technology, what does money look like in the age of the Internet?
Money has never stayed the same. It has always evolved alongside us as a civilization from trading seashells and livestock to minting gold coins to printing paper notes to using plastic cards. Every version of money has reflected the technology of its time.
I think this era is just going to showcase what civilization is like when money isn't tied to reality anymore
Don't like war? Fiat money makes waging war easier. Rather than directly taxing you and dealing with the possible consequences, they'll just print the money needed and let you deal with the inflation later on. Just a friendly reminder :3

I'd just promptly flop onto you :3 ๐
FYI, this article is about Persona and that's the same age verification service that VRChat uses.
Food for thought: It sounds bad on the surface, but minimum wage laws do more harm than good. It'll always be a moving goal post because of inflation. If we were to increase minimum wage at the rate of inflation, then what's the point of inflation? Why are you taught that inflation is necessary?

I love the renders in the deadlock style so much that i made one for raeny as well :>
Yup! That's because they have different economic forces behind them. Burgers get pricier because they're made by people using scarce real word stuff and TVs get cheaper because they're made by machines that scale endlessly. Tech has been able to outpace money printer go brrr but food not so much
The Big Mac launched for like 45 cents in 1967, now here it costs $5.69. That's a 92% loss in purchasing power in about 60 years. Gotta love inflation!
I want to see more Raeny!
Ooooh I really like what you did with this one here! :O
