Even dumber than strategerist GWB, Trump bankrupted Casinos! Perfectly qualified to surrender to Iran.
A weak little traitor parasite, like every racist bitch who voted for him.
Thiel, Putin, Musk, MBS, Vought brought us this wrecking ball puppet, assaulting the USA. May they all RIH quickly.
2) Overshoot will not be temporary or even reversible. Some of the proposed plans to reverse temperatures are, upon inspection, extremely threadbare, serving as little more than mood music intended to maintain optimism. The reality is that large-scale carbon dioxide removal, does not exist. 5/11
Russia is sending election operatives to Hungary to prop up Orban. The dirty tricks to support Putinβs puppet in the EU will be off the chart.
"the aspirationβreality gap reflects not a deficit of intent but a structurally conditioned feasibility ceiling. Reducing systemic frictions, rather than exhorting professionals to βaim higherβ, is foundational to enabling PEB [pro environment behaviour]-supportive design."
This is important. There are some folks investigating heating, energy etc, what about material resources, to lower demand? This is going under the radar.
Costa Rica has shown it *IS* possible to bring back nature on a mass scale, as @thinkorswim.bsky.social outlines in this great piece.
Meanwhile in Ireland all we get is, at best, incremental change and fudging.
Why is Irish nature always just an afterthought?

Wind energy will provide windfalls.
Nobody wants to buy expensive LNG because it causes our babies to drown, and the babies that donβt drown to burn to death, and the babies that didnβt burn to death to starve to death.
LNG is a mass murder fuel.

Itβs good to see this - but it is frustrating that itβs only starting to be accepted among main stream climate scientists so late - the warming rate has been accelerating for quite a few decades now, and the acceleration is also accelerating.
The energy imbalance is the driver. The thermometers lag

Fish concentration camps are as bad as chicken concentration camps.
Horrendous conditions where animals are forced to live in their own shit.
No wonder extremely infectious diseases spread so easily when humans practice concentration camp farming.

40% of US rail freight is also fossil fuels, mostly coal. Wind coal down and you free up a lot of rail resources! Some of which could be converted to fast electric passenger trains, which in countries with modern transport infrastructure are faster than air travel for most trips under 1000 miles.
Has anyone ever reported out a story asking anti-vax/science people : βwhen in your life did you stop believing science?β
