- How to defend US bases in the region;

- How to evacuate Americans with airspace closed.

Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.
Turns out there’s an economic cost to everyone hating us.
And for many of us who grew up in California, Latin culture IS part of our state’s culture and an important part of our state’s “cultural memories.” Someone needs to give Ogles a tour of historic monuments IN THE US that have Latin American roots.
Also several US states quite literally used to be part of Mexico so there are Latin American populations where the border crossed them. I don’t know what they’re doing with education in TN but someone needs to show him a map of North America prior to 1848.
Many Latin Americans are descendants of Indigenous Americans. Every news organization/outlet should point that out every time one of these yahoos says something stupid like this.
Legal status doesn’t matter: if you exceed ICE’s melanin threshold, you get snatched. It is ethnic cleansing. There is no other word for it.
The news has shown you video of these often violent detentions. What you don’t see is what happens to these individuals after.
