They seem to have really good senses of themselves, of what a long career will be, and their heads are screwed on right. Riker puts his foot up on a panel, or at least on the slope leading up to one; it's hard to say for sure. (Honestly, he's probably not on the panel itself, but he's definitely leaning his body weight against the console.)
