Got breakfast and Celebrated what would've been my Grandma's 80th birthday this morning.
She was such a massive part of my upbringing, it was really tough losing her so early in my life.
My Grandpa came up and told me how proud she would be of me. I was holding it together till that moment. 💜

Just got home from seeing Iron Lung with @lilyxyz.bsky.social. Honestly I liked a lot of aspects of the movie, the acting, the atmosphere, the cinematography, the set design, and world building was great! I think the ending took a different turn than I was expecting but still really liked the movie!
Ended up going to my first ever Magic PreRelease night with a friend. I've only ever played commander so it was definitely a new experience for me.
Went 1W 2L but still had a really fun night! Before I left I grabbed a few Collector Boosters to rip.
And holy crap....what an amazing night!
Finished Yakuza 0.
I'm so surprised how much that hooked me in. Absolutely loved the main story! The side content was hilarious as well, but I have so many games ahead of me I had to stop trying to 100% around Chapter 6. I wanted to know more of the story!
Excited to start Kiwami soon!

Been playing through Yakuza 0 the past few weeks.
I've never played a Yakuza game before but seen a ton of funny clips. I did not expect the story to get me this hooked. Just finished chapter 14...I did not expect to cry this hard.

I've started it about 3 times before and always got burnt out trying to get each berry before progressing.
I find it hard to let challenges go unbeaten.
I realized that this time so I decided to not get distracted and just climb.

As a big fan of Pokemon X & Y, that was just such a fun adventure! It felt so right to be back in Lumiose. Found a shiny Fletchling, Absol, & Magikarp during my journey.
Made a living pokedex, and completed all side missions, now just grinding out battles to get my shiny charm. Then we hunt!
Finally giving my old Laptop a proper goodbye. Pulled the board, cleaned it up and going to display it. It may not seem like much but this board helped fuel my passion for video editing. Having rendered thousands of videos for my old YT channel. An i5-580m and a Radeon HD5650.
That was a fun nostalgic build! I love the way the buttons feel, just holding it takes me back.
Plus 1 to 1, it's pretty dang close to the original.
